Access publishes shorter articles that are timely, practioner-focused, and interdisciplinary. Access strives to serve as a platform for scholars and practitioners alike to share ideas, discussions, and novel issues that are often overlooked in traditional legal scholarship. Access articles are published on eScholarship as well as our own website, and generally are between 3,000 and 8,000 words.
